Hi all.

The Sam Edelman leather jacket arrived today. I took some quick photos. I am inclined to keep it unless people think otherwise (I have found out that PayPal will refund my return costs so I only lose on the shipping costs).

Pros:
*Colour is divine and a HEWI for me.
*Length of body and sleeves is good for my long torso.
*Style and length is exactly like my witchery mixed media jacket (last pic), which I love. This cut is a favourite for me both open and closed.
*Leather is substantial and good quality.
*It's spendy for me but pretty reasonable for a jacket of this quality.
*I have 2 leather jackets that I really love (my Ombre jacket and my plum Gestuz jacket) but both of them are 3-4 years old now and starting to get too RATE to wear to work (especially the plum one). This one is definitely polished enough to wear to work.

Cons
*It is kicking out a little on one hip. I suspect this will settle down with wear (there may have been a security tag there). I am not worried about this.
*It is quite fitted when I zip it up. I checked it against my witchery jacket and it is no more fitted than that, so I think it's ok. I wouldn't wear it zipped up as a rule but may wear it that way on occasion.
*There are creases in the chest area. It's like it's made for a bigger bust. If I pull my shoulders back, they disappear. (I need better posture, where are you Vix?) When I zip up, only one crease is visible. It creates a slight puckering effect. See pics 4 and 5. This last concern is my only real concern. Is it toooo picky to worry about this?

My overall feeling is close enough. DH says keep. Thoughts?
