Susie: I got these shoes last year on clearance at Macys. There were a lark, but I love 'em. The black ones you saw (and I returned) were a chunky heeled gladiator. What I really think is on my list is an elegant ankle strap sandal with a single band across the forefoot. Of course, none of them fit my foot. How can a single band be such a problem?
