A few weeks ago we attended a 1940's themed dance benefitting a local flight museum. I decided my priorities for attire would be:
fun, comfortable, able to move (lots of dancing), warm, and era appropriate. So, Rosie the Riveter seemed like a solid choice. She'll probably make the rounds on halloween also.
Hands down, one of my favorite dance ensembles to date!
I will be on the look out for it's modern counterpart.
