Rose suede boots

Record low temperatures in Seattle today, but I got spring on the mind.
I'm flirting with the idea of adding some color to my wardrobe.

Or should I stick to natural? I'd like the natural more I guess if it was lighter.

I really like the rose, actually. "Natural" boots are and always will be all over the place, but how many chances do you think you'll have to snag a pair of rose-colored boots?

And they're springier.

I vote yay. It's unexpected in this style boot, yet it's an understated color -- almost like a neutral with a twist. I also like how the rugged hardware toughens the girly rose. Good find.

Rose. I saw some light pink Docs in a similar shade that were really appealing. The natural is very bleh in comparison - not really a natural shade, at least on my computer.

Ooh, I like the rose a lot. Love the juxtaposition of the soft springy color with the tough styling of the boots. Definitely a lot more unique than the natural but still neutral enough to go with lots of things.

Are these the spring version of the DV storm boots that Angie has in the store? I just picked up a pair of the black ones for a song from Amazon in the Pres. Day sale, and I love them!

Are you a pink wearer in general? I love the idea of you adding some color, don't get me wrong! However, I have a strong aversion to pastel pink, so I don't think I can offer an unbiased opinion :). I can see that I'm in the minority too.

Are you planning to wear a lot of white this spring Anna? I think the "Natural" is too dark, but I'm concerned that the "Rose" may look a touch too pastel with heavily white outfits.
