How much do you need to size up? I'm guessing you do because it's a pointed toe box, but the reviews on Nordstrom's are mixed, and the online SA said they were TTS and recommended a 40. I am a true 9 in length, but because of my bunions, which make my foot resemble this shoe's toebox, I often size up. I wear 9C in Vaneli pumps, 9.5C Cole Haan pumps, 9-9.5W in Kate Spade pumps, and weirdly, 39.5 in Aldo pumps [that pair was even too big in length]. What size would you recommend?
