Is there still interest in arranging a meetup in Los Angeles in October?

I've now confirmed that all of my weekends in October are free so far and would love to join. As I'm not a Los Angeles area resident, though I'm happy to help plan, logistics might be handled better with the involvement of someone local and/or who attended the previous meetup in the area.
