Review -KUT pants, Leith cardigan, 1.State booties

My first box arrived and I thought I'd give a review for those of you looking at these items. Sorry no pictures this time.
KUT plaid skinny pants - I have a pair of these in black from a few years ago that I love so I thought I'd give these a try even though pants are not on my list for this NAS. I didn't love them on me. I've gained some weight and I don't always love patterned pants on me anyways. I've considered ordering up a few sizes so they're not quite so skinny and I'd probably do that for sure if they were high waisted. I LOVE the fabric. They feel great on.
Leith ribbed cardigan - this sweater is really soft but it's just a little too long for me in the back (I'm 5'2"). It's a nice sweater but I'm not loving it so it's going back.
1.State bootie - I love these. I had a similar pair of flat, black, pointed boots that I wore out so I need a replacement. They have a nice cushion in the sole. The gold hardware is pretty prominent which I love. I ordered my regular size and I'm going to reorder in a size up to give me a little more toe room. But I think they're a keeper for sure.

So yes to the boots, no to the clothes. Glad the booties look like they will work for you. I considered trying the kut pants, but I’ve tried this style in past, and didn’t end up keeping. Mostly though, I’m trying to stick with warmer weather clothes. It’s sooo tough to be practical.

Delurked - I have the opposite problem. I'm focusing on NAS to distract me from all the great summer clothes as I'll be wearing them for about another month.

Sorry to hear the Kut's didn't work, for totally selfish reasons. I want to love them on me when they arrive, as returning is expensive for me!

Elizabeth P - I bet the KUTs will work for you. If I had thought things through I would not have ordered them since I know I've grown tired of skinny pants + the weight gain.

Also tried the Leith Cardigan. I felt like there was no way to keep it from collapsing into a crumpled mess. The sweater I received in the beige color was incredibly floppy fabric. Sometimes other colors are better made, so you might have had a better experience with the rust colored one. And I agree that it was super long, even in a XS.

Order a size up in the KUTs - that will do the trick. Wear them tucked into riding boots.

Yay on the State boots. LOVE the gold hardware. Nice in the burgundy too.

If I didn't already have burgundy booties I would be all over those in burgundy. They look really pretty. Maybe I will try the KUTs a size up. Can't hurt!!
