I had a question and found any and all phone numbers have the same message directing you to their web site
I finally caved and sent my question via email. I heard back - a day and a half later - but at least they really did answer my question! (Some companies don't even appear to have read your question. . . )
Their return instructions online were not consistent. One paragraph referred to using the enclosed return label and being charged $10. (I didn't receive any return label.) The next paragraph said to send it back via USPS registered mail!! (Who on earth uses REGISTERED mail unless there's legality involved?)
The email reply said to send things back insured and trackable (which is normal).
But I am fully prepared to document my returns and go to my credit card company if Spiegel doesn't handle them properly. . .
because I read those complaints too
