I recently visited family in another city, which has Nordstrom Rack ( not available anywhere near me). I bought some sneakers but as is too often the case, they don’t seem as comfortable when trying on around the house once I got back home.
Can they only be returned in a B& M store, or is there any way to mail to a Returns department? I have just the paper receipt so no obvious way to generate a mailing label. It’s postage no matter what, so I could mail to DD and have her do me a returns favor, but wish I could skip the in- person trip.
