There's a pic of my parents on their wedding day in my hallway. Somehow I seem to have accidentally reproduced my mom's hairstyle from that day even though hers probably involved foam rollers and back combing, and mine is mostly bedhead. While I was channeling the 60s I figured I'd go whole hog with this newly thrifted dress and matchy matchy shoes and purse. The dress is knit and is very comfy, like wearing a nightgown - not sure if that's a good or a bad thing... At least it's not era-appropriate double knit.
