I’ve been negligent about posting the weekly Healthy Habits due to some issues (including fatigue) that caused me to severely reduce activity, and recalibrate by definition of exercise.

Nevertheless, I’d like to restart the thread in the New Year and to encourage one and all to check in with your weekly healthy habits, however big or small. For some, that might mean 3-5 workouts a week, but for others, simply going outside for a 10min walk might be a physically or emotionally daunting task. Any positive step taken is one worth sharing here. Happy holidays.
