I sent a note to Plush to see what they recommended. I was very clear that I'd washed the tights several times, but since this had also made them ineliglble for return, I was asking if they had any suggestions for me?

They right away offered to send me two new pairs! In addition, they asked for more information about the ones I had received, so that they could better trace the source of this problem.

I'm such a fan of good customer service. Since I had publicly complained about this problem here, just wanted to make it known that apparently they're going to make it right.
