I don't mind turning a few heads, afterall I look at people too! A whistle, a smile subtle flirting...may fluster me , but I am also flattered as long as it is respectful.OK..I am 53 so it doesn't happen everyday. And don't we all WANT to look good and are flattered when someone notices?
The word hot, particular if my husband uses it..(.and he has referred to a new haircut as hot before) Would and could never offend me...and no I don't think that means he wants to go straight to bed when he uses the word. I feel people are way too sensitive when it comes to such things. I have read where people hate to be called cute, sweet, smart, little , tiny short etc....good grief...becoming almost impossible not to offend.
