red shorts- yay or nay

I feel a bit guilty for not being around lately and for coming with another crazy yay or nay.And really not having the time to check most of your posts.
There is something about me and red bottoms this year.
I tried this shorts just as a way to get them out of my head because I thought I would be repulsed by the sight of my legs in them.The problem started when I looked at the mirror and actually found it cute.
What say you:
Yay- buy
Nay- longer shorts dear, longer shorts...

Please be honest I don't wanna look creepy or mutton dressed as lamb.

I really like them, they look cute! But I'm not an expert in age-appropriate dressing so hopefully others can chime in there

I'm not quite sure how I feel about the length. When do you see yourself wearing them?

Very nice fit and you have beautiful legs so wear them with pride. I think the proper length of shorts has more to do with body shape than age. These look very good on you and you like them. Two huge pluses.

Angie that is my main issue with this shorts, where do I wear them?Is like having a evening gown to dress while living a very casual life.
I supose the activities would be more children related like going to the zoo, to the beach, and so on.

I really like the color and the fit. For super casual days I vote yay. I'd love to see these in a Bermuda length for more versatility to dress up and down if such a pair of shorts exist.
