Red shoe

I need a pop of color in the footwear department. I want something that can straddle the worlds of both dresses and shorts/skinnies. How about these?

Too polished for my casual looks? I almost want to do a canvas slip on instead . . . do you all think these would be fine with the likes of cotton dresses and/or bermuda shorts and layered tees?

I think that they would elevate your outfits, rather than looking too polished. A canvas slip on would be super duper casual.

I like them! The silver details with the red are a real eyecatcher. I think you could wear them well with your style, like Kate said, it would elevate your outfits.

Thanks for weighing in, gals. Velma, I am in FL so yes, barefeet are practically okay year round lol. I originally spied a slingback by the same brand but it felt not quite right with shorts in my mind. These I think could work, but I wanted to be sure they wouldn't stick out like a sore thumb mixed with my very cotton based wardrobe And I do like the silver touches. I think they are the final SYC breaker for me . . .
