I poked around online a bit last night after my red sandal experiment yesterday, and I've got to say that most colorful casual heeled or wedge sandals out there don't appeal to me at all.
But I do like these. They're not super edgy, but my summer style is a little softer than my cool-weather style. And I'm kind of burnt out on the mega platforms on sandals, so the lower profile soles are actually looking a little more fresh to me. Is that just me?? Are they too tame?
It's the end of the season, so I'm not sure I should jump on any sandal purchases (although these are at Nordstrom so there is no risk in trying them), but I wanted to get your feedback. Of course, if you have any suggestions or links, I welcome ideas!
I'm also posting a pic of some turquoise sandals I really like -- low wedge, great color, simple. They're suede but I have some good suede protector and plenty of other shoes to wear on rainy days, so that's not a deal breaker.
Sigh. Summer style is hard for me.
