Yesterday, Angie questioned if I had ever posted outfits with my red boots, booties or shoes. I certainly have, and some of them are with very neutral grey, indigo and white clothing, since I don’t wear black. I don’t have energy to link to the old posts, plus when I look at my hair, which was colored at the time of most of the pictures, I cringe, so instead I am posting a picture of my red shoe capsule. I have at least one pair if not two for every season. My red “go go” boots have long been my favorite as have the AGL ballet flats. Each is at least 5 years old. The go go’s look lighter in person than in the picture. They are a true red, not oxblood or burgundy. It’s overcast today and I had a hard time getting enough light for a good picture. I purchased a second pair of the ballet flats with silver hardware this year because I wear both metals now, but I used to be partial to gold. I purchased the red Kate Spade block heel booties last year, a bit before Suz purchased her red boots, but decided not to post then so she could let hers shine. I think the Fly London’s are 3-4 years old. Maybe 2-3 years ago I purchased the pointy toe flats and the oxfords. These two are a darker red, maybe oxblood so maybe they wouldn’t count? Finally, I have Malone Soulier slides in red and pink to wear with my fuschia dresses to create the red and pink color combination I love so much. I haven’t posted them before, but I believe every other pair has been in a picture before somewhere on the forum. I use red as an accessory and accent color. I am still looking for coordinating handbags. It’s not an easy red to find, so when I find the right shade, I am very happy.

In August i found a leather Moto jacket this color on sale and it fit perfectly........
You probably recall my red blazer, which isn’t quite the same shade of red, but it seems to work okay anyway.
