Here is the recipe for today's menu, which is from a Keto magazine. I highly recommend using a food processor to make the marinade. Dark chicken meat is better for this recipe.

I leave the oven on at 400F and cook until done. Easier. Use a thermometer to check that the chicken is cooked through. You must make the sauce at the end. SUBLIME.

Good with a fresh salad. Very Summery. You can add hot crusty bread too.

Use the marinade for fish and veg if you like.
