Reception Outfit- the whole rigamarole

My clutch came today, so I did a dry run of my outfit for my niece's belated wedding reception. I did a hair/make up run through as well.

It looks really nice, is the dress navy blue? It is hard to tell in the photo. I really like the accessories you picked out to go with it.

pregnantmom- yes I did the make up myself. I actually think that I am going to do it the same way, but get some eye shadows with gold tones for the event. I looked at pictures of Sandra Bullock's make up from the Oscar's for inspiration.
