I continue to travel like crazy. Just returned from a week in Austin. The dress code for this one was a bit of a challenge, as we needed to dress business casual for the meetings during the day, and change into "resort wear" for cocktail hour/dinner. We also had some down time for relaxing -- hence the shorts and sneakers. However I wound up having to work through much of this free time.

I've put happy faces on the outfits I actually wore.

I somehow fit all of this into a 22 inch spinner.

I wore the cowboy boots on the plane. On trip there, I wore them with the denim shirtdress. On trip home, I wore them with the black maxi dress and a jean jacket.

High happiness factor with nearly everything, except that EF white asymmetrical linen top. It's cool and comfy and I like the way it drapes, but I can't help still feel a bit rumpled in it.

Received the most compliments from my fashionista coworkers on: 1) the navy asymmetrical drapey/swingy dress and 2) the striped ON midi. The latter was a pleasant surprise, as I do not normally like to wear orange and fret that this dress is too bright for me.

It was awesome to have an occasion to break out the cowboy boots!! I never get to wear them in Boston.
