I purchased these gorgeous shoes

on Sunday (an they arrived on TUESDAY! [reason #9 why I love Nordstrom, by the way]) and I noticed today that they had decreased in price yet again.
Five minutes of my time chatting with the service representative got me the difference credited back to my card.
Many of my friends don't understand why I shop there because it is more expensive, but I'd rather shop somewhere that will take care of me and stand behind the products they sell. Even if it means I can't afford to buy as MUCH. Which is fine by me.
