Really opaque hose

I'm looking for really dark, completely opaque black tights. Any recs? I would be willing to spend a little money on them if they will last a couple of wears.

welovecolors.com They last FOREVER. And they're not that pricy. I''m super-hard on tights.

I wear them in winter when I can be a little, er, remiss, in the leg shaving department.

The only thing that comes to mind is my fleece-lined tights.

Or... if you get ones that are too big, they become more opaque because they don't stretch out as much as they were meant to, and the knit stays closer together.

Jean suggested Spanx last year and that's what I wear now. They are very opaque and sturdy (for me, sturdy means I can wear then for a few years), and pretty comfy as far as tights go.

I got my fleece lined tights on Ebay, and then I went back and got them in all the colors offered. I will try to dig up the seller I used.

I'm with Jonesy - I love Spanx two timin tights. They reverse from grey or brown to black. They have lasted me several seasons now and still show no wear.

Thanks so much for starting this thread and for the link to the fleece lined tights. It gets down to -30 and lower here and keeping warm for the few minutes I need to run from the parking lot to the office is challenging. I have black, grey, and brown in my shopping cart. I would have ordered the blue but they have none in small/medium.
