Re-styling hippie clothing?

I'd love some feedback, if anyone could help.
I have several blouses and dresses that are very hippie chic, boho, etc...
However, the last several years, I've gravitated more and more to classic, clean lines and a minimalist Parisian style.
I'd love to figure out how to incorporate and restyle my hippie clothing into this aesthetic.
Any ideas, please?

Think South of France, Parisians on vacation! I think Garance Dore marries the styles well.

Brings to mind a woman I worked with whose style I LOVED. She wore tailored trousers with boho blouses and refined shoes with the dresses.

Tucking boho blouses into jeans or pants changes the vibe.
Maybe belting the dresses or altering into tops?

throw a blazer over them....
make sure your shoes and other accessoires are classic cuts/shapes...

Wear one boho piece with the rest structured, as in the above suggestions. A blouse with cropped pants and sleek or sporty footwear, a dress with simple booties or flats and a jacket, etc. Lots of ways to add structure, even with simple, modern jewelry.

I really like the boho top over tailored shorts look for summer, which was something Angie came up with, I think last year. It may be that your boho pieces just get moved to weekend and vacation wear.

I love the idea of making them vacation and warm weather clothing, specifically.

Thank you for putting "South of France" in my head, as well! That gives me a lot more direction with my aesthetic.

I think some belted cream linen shorts would be a great neutral accent for some of the more flowing/brighter tops.

I was also thinking of upcycling some of my dresses into sheath dresses, which would be a bit more elevated, I could throw a blazer and minimalist geometric jewelry with it.

I like the look of a classic pants suit (or just the pants) with a hobo blouse.

As for the dresses, I suggest wearing them with either a blazer or a simple slim cardigan, perhaps with a belt over or under the cardigan.
