Re-evaluating my body shape

DD2 is now nearly a year old and I have been back on BC for the last six months, as a result I think my body shape may have altered. Six months ago I was a racy rectangle/ straight-ish hourglass, do you think it is now more hourglass-y?

I'm rectangle/hourglass and you're definitely more hourglassy than me. But I don't know where they draw the line exactly

I think that your shape hasn't change your hips are too slim and that is great! Great slim hips and legs!

Thanks Bigi and Rute, I very curious since I've lost another two inches from my waist and gained another inch on my bust since resuming BC and my original photos where posted.

Julie you look great and have a definite waist, as well as pretty slim hips (nice combo!). I think I'd have to see your original picture to see how you may have changed. I have been thinking you looked quite hourglassy in some of your recent ensembles.

BTW I am often evaluating my body type, probably because it isn't very clearly one sort (I waiver between pear/hourglass rectangle and in my own mind even also inverted triangle!) I think there are a lot of us in that inbetween boat.

Definitely more hourglass-y. And fabulous! I am less curvy than you and consider myself a straight hourglass or curvier rectangle. Slap bang in the middle of both body types. I do best following rectangular rules though.

Kim, sorry the for the ambiguity I did indeed mean a hormone birth control.

Anne, you are so acute at noticing changes in body shape and thanks for shining light on the BC abbreviation.

Angie, do you think I will do better following the hourglass guidelines or both the hourglass and rectangle now?

If you're still unsure, you can use your measurements to decide how hourglass you are. A difference of 10 inches or more between the waistline and the hips/bust is usually considered hourglass, while a smaller difference is usually considered more angular.
