At some point in the early days of YLF, I started writing a forum post about members on their birthday. I loved that we could celebrate the person here on YLF and make them feel special on their birthday.

But reading the responses from the survey, it's clear to me that these posts also had a downside. Inevitably there were people I missed, more so as the forum grew larger, and they felt left out. This is completely understandable. If I did leave you out, please know that it was unintentional and I apologize for hurting your feelings.

So from now on I won’t be writing birthday posts. But I urge you to tell us on the forum when it's your birthday. Tell us about your plans and what you're wearing on your special day because we’d love to celebrate with you.
