I would like something a little longer and much more fitted. I like having an optional hood.

I was looking at Burberry, but am loath to spend that much money given that 1) only the color black looks fantastic on me, and I don't want black and 2) all of their fits are terrible and would involve a complete re-work of the jacket.

I don't know where to start. I want something breathable (so not plastic) and frankly, stylish. Or something I could make stylish.

What sort of materials should I be looking for, and WHERE should I look?
