So on Sunday I was in the mall getting some things for the flash mob picnic. I walked through Nordstrom and looked at the Pop-In shop for Rag & Bone. I saw this blazer. Normally I'm a 10 in jackets, but the 8 fit.

I can't find on the Nordies site.
It's definitely not the cropped shrunken look of the Band of Outsiders. But I was wondering what you think? Is it worth stalking?

It made me think of gryffin. Not quite as long as her ideal, perhaps, but getting close. Definitely feels 80s.

It's a completely different vibe than the BofO one. I like them both, myself. Obviously I am a sucker for jackets!

Oh this one has a whole crombie coat vibe. I think you have to stalk both jackets and see if one is available in the right size, at the right price, at the right time.

Well, I love it. The contrasting collar almost looks like a hoodie at first glance. However, only you know whether it can replace the schoolboy one. They are very different. Would you consider getting both or just one? If just one, I vote for this one. It's more special.

It is beautiful in terms of color scheme but as a short person, I am always wondering how a long jacket will look in person on someone in the more ordinary height range.

My instant reaction was - '90s. Not sure. Could be fabulous. Could be blah. Depends entirely on the fit of the jacket. You have the height to pull off the length.

Beautiful jacket, I think you can pull of the bright color next to the face, I have seen you wear that orange moto so well. I would have to see it on you to access the cut flattery.

It's definitely not the Band of Outsiders. And it took an adjustment for me. And I'm not sure how it would fit in your wardrobe. It's a *smooth* look. But I voted yes because it's bold.

I have a slight poison eye for the contrast lapel. Not loving it compared to the other blazer (which I collected to covet).

Not reading other responses first, so here's my untainted view...

It's a lovely piece, but somehow not striking me as "you" the way I can see you wearing the BoO blazer. They're completely different animals. I'm not sure about the red part. This one is tough. I think I'd need to see this one on you to really judge.

My first response to the jacket was wow (in a good way) but the more I looked the more I felt it could look a little costumey? As Angie says there is a 90's vibe, are ready to go back there yet??

We watched Dead Poets Society the other night, and this jacket reminds me of the boys' duffle coats.

I love unexpected flashes of scarlet. I'd wear this and feel amazing. But I also applaud Anna for taking a pass.
