The screen printing is indeed super high-quality and impeccable. 100% believable and authentic-looking. I had always wanted oil-stained jeans but had yet to find them... the pricetag is the only downside. I'm going to have to check with my manager to see if I can wear these to work. Nordies did offer them, so I'm hopeful, but not sure.
For anyone thinking about sizing, Denise has size S, so I ordered size "P" off Intermix and received an XS - woohoo! I was so scared it might turn out to be XXS. Denise and I have almost the exact same measurements inches-wise, but my rear sticks out more. I love this in-between fit since I have baggy BF jeans already and since a dropped crotch on fitted, rigid denim can often restrict my stride.
I even love how the side pockets don't lay perfectly flat - for me, it's the "this is not a pipe" icing on the cake. It feels like a moment when fashion and art collide... probably why I jumped on these while I never pulled the trigger on a pair of NSF oil-stained jeans at the same price point.
