Una, you are so sweet to be looking for me! I feel like my eyes are going to bleed from all the coats I've looked at.
I am pretty paranoid about breathability, because I believe the Scottevest and the Norma Kamali I had were *supposed* to be water-resistant and breathable, yet I did not find that to be so. After reading a bit on gear WPB ratings, I'm wondering if I just give off vapor too fast for "standard" breathability rate. I dunno. I just haaaate that feeling of a lining sticking to me - bleah! Then there is the weight issue, since you never know when the sun is going to come out and force the coat off...
I considered the Patagonia in "molten lava" red, but most of the reviews are very critical of the hood.
Are you thinking I should give up on the Nau? I was leaning toward keeping it, as everything else seems to come up lacking either in the weight, lining, or color category.
ETA: Part of me wants to run with the whole gear thing and get the olive version of this.
