Recently people have said things to me like "you don't need to exercise" or assured me that I could run a half - marathon. I have found this a bit annoying as I am actually quite unfit.
However an unintended reread of Angie's post on the Racy rectangle has provided the key "you'll look like an athlete without even trying". I am only partly rectangle and identified with the top part of her tips while not needing those about adding curves to the bottom half.

Anyway it was one of those lightbulb moments (if only it was that easy to actually get fit!)
