Since I spent 23 hours at Nordstrom Rack yesterday, I had the opportunity to notice little signs posted saying that a lot of new items would be arriving today, Tuesday 7/20.

Not sure if that's true in all locations, but my guess is they are moving the summer goods out of the Nordstrom's stores completely.
