So when I picked up the booties the cobbler told me the heel was hollow, therefore couldn't be nailed, and he attempted to cement-glue it securely but couldn't guarantee it. Well, I had just put them on for one day and they started to separate again! I took them back and he said he had one other possible solution, which was to seal them around the outside and color it to match the shoe. He commented that they are adorable but not well manufactured.

BLARGH! These were not cheap, though on sale, but they are obviously cheaply made. I've gotten PPW out of them since I wore them at least 20 times this winter ($2 per wear which could be better but is not bad), but still - ONE SEASON?! For a style I adore? Would you complain to the company or just chalk it up to experience?
