I'd love to get one or two of those VC tube skirts - wanted one quite awhile ago, but never did get around to buying one.

I'm wondering though - are these skirts mainly for spring/summer? Not something you'd wear if you were wearing hose or tights? Can you wear them in the fall at all? I doubt it's a 'winter' skirt (unless in a very mild climate), but I'm wondering if these gorgeous-looking VC tube skirts are only wearable with bare legs.
