quick q: Lands' End skinny jeans?

Has anyone had any experience with the new jeans at Lands' End, particularly the slim jeans? Back in the day, LE jeans didn't fit me, but they seem to have several new cuts and styles.

I don't know if this helps but I tried on a white skinny pair over the summer and the rise was TOO low. Yeah, at Lands End, can you believe that??? The fabric was also stiff and uncomfortable. But white denim can be very different than blue denim so maybe others will chime in with some useful info.

fyi, i have not tried the skinny jeans, but if they are part of the canvas collection i would say give them a go! i have not purchased a lot of lands end clothing for myself in the past, but i have been really happy with some of the new pieces from their canvas collection. either way, good luck!! you know you can return the stuff at a sears near you if that makes it easier to make the decision.

Update for the record: the jeans came today and indeed, LE jeans still don't fit me. They're great in the leg and thigh and huge in the waist. The fabric has a nice feel and is quite stretchy. I'm pondering whether it's worth trying to alter the waistband, as I have had zero luck in trying to find skinny jeans anywhere else, and from the hip down these fit well.
