Thanks again everyone for the warm welcome and kind words.
MsMaven, yes it's a pretty long day. We get up at 4:30 a.m, get Liam up at 5:45, out the door at 6, drop off baby at day care (luckily it's right around the corner) and then up to SF. The good news is my hubby also works in SF (about 5 minutes driving from where I do) so he drives and I sleep. We drop him off at work and then I drive over to my work (a nice perk I have is a parking space across from my building). With all that being said I have really taken to honing outfits that look cute but I can throw together, AKA my work uniform, which more often than not is a wrap dress, brown or nude fishnet tights, knee-high boot, hair up with either a scarf or flower and my messenger bag (which I am looking for a new one).
In regards to the Levi's Slimming Jeans, I had been really wanting a pair of Not Your Daughter's Jeans. Until I could get a pair I did get a pair of the Lee slimming jeans. They are fairly nice for the price, but not quite the NYDJ's as far as fit. A few weeks ago I read an article in Smart Shop magazine on jeans (awesome article):

One jean they really liked was the Levi's 512 Perfectly Slimming jeans. So I ordered a pair from Zappo's. I will say they run small. I had not tried them on in the store so I ordered in my usual size 10. They were a little too tight, so I exchanged for a 12 and they fit great (I should have read the Zappo's reviews because a few people do mention these run small). They fabric is nice and thick (more so than NYDJ and the Lee's I currently have). The back pockets are really cute. And best of all, they make my butt look smaller. Even hubby noticed and commented how good they good. On Zappo's they are $39.99. I believe they come in straight leg or boot cut. I ordered the boot cut. If you are looking for a slimming type of jean and don't want to pay an arm and a leg check them out.
I hope this didn't turn out to be too chatty!
