Definitely buy but don't be too quick to cut the tags. Different colors of denim can behave differently so you may want to road test for stretching:-)

I'd buy and black is so useful. But given how you've had some instant loves turn to mehs recently I'd not cut tags yet. I have made that mistake many times. I can go from "I will love this forever" to "what was I thinking?" In 60 seconds! Good thing that didn't happen with my husband of 20 years.
