Sarah, I saw your mention of Crossfit in the thread about gym alternatives, and I was hoping you could answer a question for me. I have been interested in Crossfit for awhile now, but whenever I read anything about it I read that in addition to the exercising, adherents follow an "eat like a Caveman" mentality with a focus on lots of veggies and lean proteins. I don't have a problem with that at all, but from everything I read it does seem that eating like a caveman also includes eating meat. I'm a vegetarian and am not going to change that--would I be able to follow a Crossfit regimen or would being a vegetarian make it too difficult for me? Thanks!
