Hi Barbara Diane,
Don't worry, this is an option only you can see (i.e. the person who is posting the pictures), other forum members will just see the picture without the text.
This feature is there so that if at any time in the future you decide you no longer want to show a picture, you just click on "hide photo", and that picture will no longer be visible to other forum members. If you want to show it again, you can then click on "show photo", and the picture will be visible again for other forum members.
