Question about Nordstrom price adjustment?

I have bought booties at Nordstrom a month ago and now they are $30 less and not even marked as a sale. I have read here about the price adjustment at Nordstrom - is this something I can ask over the phone or was the purchase too long ago?

I have successfully gotten price adjustments so long as they weren't down to Rack prices. It never hurts to ask and you may very well get it.

I have received them over the phone when I used my Nordstrom card otherwise you need to go into a store with receipt or tag.

I usually get price adjustments via web chat (but all my purchases are online orders).

I have gotten them 3 weeks post-purchase even though officially it's a two-week window for adjustments. Sometimes you have to try a couple of times before you get the adjustment (it depends on whether the item is still in stock anywhere at any size).
