OK, so I've decided to send the brown Matisse boots from my K/R yesterday back to HauteLook... but I have a question about returns for those of you who have shopped there recently. I have a couple of other items that are scheduled to arrive next week, and this would be still within my return window for the boots, and it's likely that I'll have to return one or both of them as well. Can I return items from multiple orders together? And does that save me any money? (The return shipping is a flat rate of 5.95, or free if I choose store credit, but it's rather a lot of money that I'd prefer to have in my pocket.)
