I have made my first ever visit to a Zara's! Yay! It was very exciting!

I did try on jackets and coats (ooh, a lot of stylish coats), but I walked away. That was very good.

On the other hand, I bought a pair of blue pinstripe pants that don't qualify as slouchy. That was bad.

Ok, but about the quest for slouchy trousers: I am wondering if I have a long inseam for my size. I tried on pants that I'm pretty sure were meant to be slouchy, but they hung straight down. No... louche-ness as I'm calling it. But maybe I don't know what slouchy pants look like when I see 'em on the hanger?

There was a pair of harem pants that I really liked, but the ankles hit my calves. I couldn't do up the ankle zips.

Saturday morning I will go for the second Zara. I gather they *are* very different stores.
