How are people wearing their flares? Snug or looser? I ordered two sizes, and both seem to fit equally well, just different. I wouldn't wear the smaller size without something covering my butt, as they are a bit leggingy looking... ie snug. The larger size is still pretty form fitting, so I may also keep them to be worn only with longer tops, but they definitely have a slightly looser look... some extra fabric in the top of leg/crotch area. While these ones are a bit more comfortable "out of the bag", I'm a bit afraid they'll stretch out with wearing, and look baggy. Do we have any info on if this is likely to happen yet?

In case this helps, I'm almost always an 8 in pants, but sometimes will take a 10 if it's a slim fit.. 8 in Sloans. 29 generally in jeans. The sizes I'm going between are the 8 and 10.
