I've been searching for a pair of black pointed toe pumps for a couple of months. I needed the following:
1. All day comfort, 3 inches or less
2. Versatile, but not a "flat black" I wanted some texture or interest
3. Quality and affordability. I was looking for a shoe less than $75, or no more than $100.
I had luck at DSW. These are AK (Anne Klein) and are a faux-patent. I really wanted leather, but they were far more comfy, and more affordable, than the 3 leather options I've found. They fared well through two brutally long work days!
1. Romantic classic for work
2. Trouser jeans (that are two short for "real" heels)
