PSA White Levi 505 - YouLookFab Forum

I thought I'd ruined my white jeans. They were covered in big pee colored splotches -- only noticeable under bright sunlight. Fortunately, it was sunny when I headed out the door to work.........

I think they must have flushed the sewer lines in my neighborhood, causing rust in the water. Generally, they inform us, but I think it must have slipped by.
I was able, with some work, to refresh the white, so the crisis was averted, but I've been searching for a replacement.

I tried on these Levis and love them. They are optic white -- but have a warm tone, which I like better than my blue toned whites. They're a straight leg, with a midrise and a nice, hefty denim with just the right amount of stretch (and more structure than my current pair). The fit is great for curvies.

The one downside: These are flat shoe pants on me, at 5'6", with average legs.

True Kohl's discount junkie that I am, I have a "30%" sticker. Perhaps I'll spring for them now!

Thanks, this is helpful. I've been on a white jeans hunt for a few weeks now. I'm debating giving them a try. I'm 5'7" and leggy and the details say they have a 32" inseam, but your review makes me think the info isn't accurate.

Jewell, I didn't actually measure them. I think my, um, bum and thighs take up some of that length. Just saying! I doubt Kohls carries tall, but I bet they're available through Levi in a longer inseam. Only one of my Kohls had these on the floor --- I did see them on a mannequin in JCP, though, and I tried them on at a Macy's.

505's are my all time favourite go-to jean, but the 32 inch inseam is *NOT* PPL for my 5 ft 7in. My jeans go into boots or get rolled to show some ankle. I've snagged a long in a Levi's store, but in jean. Would adore a white pair!

I clicked Find in Store, but none of my local Kohl's stores has them. And thanks for weighing in, Runcarla. I'm fairly certain I need the long length.

Jewell: I'd try them in a Macy's or a JCP first. Now that I know they fit, I'll likely order from Kohls, since the price is quite a bit lower for me. Penney's did have them marked down, but, if you follow Levi's, you know they don't reduce price much.
