Hi all! Some of you know I've revamped my shoe collection for comfort reasons. I also needed to replace some tall boots that were worn out.
I know tall boots aren't as popular as shorter boots and booties these days, but in case anyone is looking, I figured I'd point out these Sofft boots. They come in a range of colors. I needed black, but the chocolate brown is gorgeous. They lace up the back, which means they fit my calves, which are borderline wide, I guess. Anyway, they will fit a range of calves easily.
And they are comfortable! I still need my Ortho-Heel inserts, but I need those with most shoes right now.
NB: I got a very similar non-leather version by Eurosoft (a Sofft brand), from DSW, at first. They cost a lot less, but I guess I want real leather these days, so I spring for these. Aside from the material, the quality was better on the more expensive ones. They don't bunch around my ankles quite as awkwardly. I'm including the find though, because in case anyone wants to spend less, they are nice for the price.
