Just like their tights, there's no waistband. It simply has an unfinished edge that lies totally flat against the skin, and the side seams are weighted to hang flat. It's completely invisible under my jersey dresses. It feels a little expensive for what it is, but I really like it.
For those of us who are prone to "segmented worm syndrome" this is a nice find.
