Not sure if this is a sale thing or what, but I just did a "test order" to see what it would cost to get something, and lo and behold.... I "qualified for free shipping". I suspect there is a $$ minimum, couldn't see any info. And there was next to no duty on the item I was looking at.

I sense any aspirations of getting back on the wagon in July flying out the window. August, here I come!
