PSA: Nexx shirt in petites

Argh! I already bought (and wore) two of them in the regular size at full price. I am pretty sure I'll be happier with a petite.

Why don't you return them and get the petites.

Sylvie, I'm "aarghing" there with you, especially when I'm pretty sure the petites would fit me better. Angie, I've already worn each of my NEXX shirts once. Would you still consider returning?

ETA: Sylvie, did you notice that the colors are very limited in petite sizes?

Are you sure the petite would be better? I am much more comfortable with tunic length blouses these days. Is the boob seaming in the regular in the wrong place for a petite? That would be the only potential benefit for me.

Angie, I assumed that returning the shirts to the store after wearing would be abusive of the return policy. I'm sure Nordstrom would happily take it back - if you say it's fair game, I'll go for it.

Sarah, I did notice that limitation. I will keep my regular size yellow but I could echange my petite red shirt.

Modgrl, there aren't any bust darts on this one. When I wear the shirt, I am quite conscious of the "butt flap". I remember thinking "if it was just an inch shorter, I would be so much more comfortable" and that is the exact length difference between petite/regular.
