While we are on the subject of essentials, black booties are one of mine. I need refined but interesting booties, low heeled, take an orthotic that are versatile. The Frye Sacha is super refined and fitted. Slip on chelsea with plenty of goring for easy entry and the handy pull tab. Nice low heel, snipped sole and pointy toe - the best of all worlds. Very pretty and actually delicate on the foot. That alone would make this bootie special but hey, there's more. Versatility..... Is everyone aware that Frye sells detachable harnesses to go with some of their booties? I did not know this. The standard moto and the embellished and patterned version. Alone pointy to refined western, add a harness and refined moto, studded moto. Especially for travel or if you need versatility and can't or don't want to afford a bunch of booties, I thought this was clever and useful. Just wanted to give them a shout out. Frye has a list what boots they work best with. https://www.thefryecompany.com.....clid=Cj0KC
