I have been using my OTK boots so much I decided to duplicate the style in another color. My ideal would the the Lowlands but I am not ready to cough up $800 at the moment or even another $400 - yeeesh!
Enter these faux suede boots I found on Amazon. The reviews convinced me to give them a try, and I am not sorry. They arrived today. The color is more of a cool taupe and they come up higher than my black boots. They are a thick soft lined fabric and pull on like a sock, with a nice snug fit. They are comfortable enough and look quite luxurious. I will model them soon - have to do my exercise video! - but I just wanted to put out a PSA. They have some stretch but are definitely for the bony-legged among us.
